- 1 tsp turmeric

- In a pressure cooker heat 1 tsp oil add cumin seeds onion and tomato
- Add moong dal brown rice turmeric and water (around 4 cups)
- Cook for 3–4 whistles till soft
- Garnish with coriander leaves

- 1 cup chopped spinach (palak)

- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

How To Make It:
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan
- Add cumin seeds and ginger-garlic paste
- Add spinach and cook till soft
- Add paneer cubes salt and pepper
- Stir well for 5–7 mins and serve

Use homemade paneer or low-fat one Don’t need to add cream or butter It tastes great as it is

Mixed Vegetable Soup with Indian Spices

What You Need:
- 1 carrot 1 tomato 1 onion 1 zucchini (all chopped)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt as needed
How To Make It:
- Heat 1 tsp oil sauté cumin seeds
- Add onion cook till soft
- Add all chopped veggies turmeric black pepper and salt
- Add 3 cups of water simmer for 15–20 mins
- Serve chunky or blend it smooth
